The ideal candidate must have hands-on B2B marketing experience, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to manage key accounts in the coatings, inks, and chemical industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-responsibilities\"><strong>\ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop new business opportunities by promoting <strong>Paints &amp; Coatings Raw Materials<\/strong> across the Northern Indian region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and grow key accounts by understanding customer needs, building strong relationships, and offering the right technical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote a wide range of raw materials including:<br><strong>Polyurethane Polyols, PU Resins, Acrylic Resins, Polyester Resins, Modified Epoxy Resins, Alkyd Resins, Melamine &amp; UF Resins, Epoxy Hardeners, Organic &amp; Inorganic Pigments<\/strong>, and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular customer visits to introduce new products, drive sales, and expand market share.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to identify new opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate communication through emails, Excel, CRM tools, and standard office software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with internal teams for pricing, product positioning, and customer support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent the company professionally while travelling for business meetings across the region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-candidate-requirements\"><strong>\ud83d\udd39 Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 2\u20137 years in marketing\/ sales of <strong>Paints &amp; Coating Raw Materials<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical understanding of <strong>pigments, resins, and coating chemicals<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven background in <strong>B2B sales<\/strong>, especially in Paints, Inks, and Coatings industries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>Email, Excel, Word Processors<\/strong>, and general computer applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-compensation\"><strong>\ud83d\udd39 Compensation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Salary:<\/strong> \u20b95\u20138 Lakhs (based on experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>if you are interested please share resume to career.recruitshala@gmail.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Business Development Manager \u2013 Paints &amp; Coating Raw Materials (Delhi\/NCR) We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Paints &amp; Coating Raw Materials to join our team in Delhi\/NCR.
