Location- Kathua<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. To completes operation checks on blow molding machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Follows all standard operating procedures to operate blow molding machine efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Operates blow molding machine in a safe manner by following all safety guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Responsible for the blow molding \u201cSequence of Operations).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Operate all the equipment in the blow mould area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Perform all CIP & housekeeping duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Perform all preventive maintenance & maintenance activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. Proficiency in understanding, monitoring & acknowledging machine malfunction alarms & ability to efficiently and effectively manage solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. Ability to access machine reports & system monitoring pagers from machine control panels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10. Properly set up machine for different packages, bottle types, resins, lines & suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
11. Assist maintenance technicians in completion of corrective & preventive actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
12. Maintain accurate records & logs as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
13. Comply with all standard safety rules, practices & policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
14. Daily hourly log book record keeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
15. Daily shift wise yield calculation & record keeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
16. Emergency machine spare parts keeping in proper target areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
17. Responsible for maintaining quality by operator records as per the shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
18. Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, and all Company rules and policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pay: \u20b912,000.00 – \u20b928,000.00 per month<\/p>\n\n\n\n
