Job Description:
Interior Trim System – Cockpit (Instrument Panel, Door Trims, Floor Console) Product Design & Development Skills –
\u2022 Experience in Interior Trim  Product Design & Development  – Cockpit (Instrument Panel, Door Trims, Floor Console), Trims – Pillar Trims, Soft Trims, Headliner, Carpets etc.
\u2022 Very Good Skills in Catia V5 – Surface, Solid Modeling & Drafting. , Experience on PLM – Connect
\u2022 Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R24 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis.
\u2022 Should have experience in DFx (Design for Mfg, assembly & Serviceability)
\u2022 Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project Co-ordination & Communication Skills:
\u2022 Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery,Time lines for responsible system.
\u2022 Maintain & support project status & documentation to present in Customer Meetings.
\u2022 Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer to resolve the issues.
\u2022 Strong communication , Presentation & Documentation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
