Hiring for HR IR Executive with Plastics Manufacturing Company<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Location: Vasai<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IR experience at the factory location is a must. The budget is 6.5 LPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and motivates high-quality employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Assess training needs and monitor training programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Handle industrial relations matters and maintain a harmonious industrial relations environment within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Proven experience as an HR executive or similar role for a minimum of 5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. In-depth knowledge of Industrial Relations and the best HR practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Familiarity with HR systems and databases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
