Location – Nariman point<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Salary – 15-30 k per month<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Good communication in English and Hindi must<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prepare and study valuations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Financial Modelling<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prepare Information Memorandum, Corporate Presentations, Pitch deck<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Arrange investor meets and roadshows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and Documentation of live transactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cognizant of current news, relevant events and Critical issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and Word<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong communication and networking skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with Minimal supervision<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ability to organize and track over lapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
