{"id":25,"date":"2024-03-23T05:46:47","date_gmt":"2024-03-23T05:46:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/career.recruitshala.com\/?p=25"},"modified":"2024-03-23T05:46:47","modified_gmt":"2024-03-23T05:46:47","slug":"export-marketing-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/career.recruitshala.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/23\/export-marketing-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Export Marketing Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Location- Mumbai<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experience &#8211; 10-15 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CTC- Best in Industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role &amp; responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business Growth Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive the growth of homewares plastics products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay updated with industry developments to create a competitive edge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Accounts Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including prominent retailers\/ large format Retailer\/ OE Retailer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with these key accounts to understand their specific needs, preferences, and challenges, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Market Research and Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior related to homewares plastics products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and opportunities for the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Client Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors in the homewares industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Business Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect and acquire new customers, retailers, and distributors for homewares plastics products, both domestically and internationally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate and lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred candidate profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master&#8217;s degree would be advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the homewares plastics industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in handling B2B sales to major retailers\/ Chain store retails\/Industrial\/OE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the homewares plastics market, industry trends, and customer preferences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OEM Business Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location- Mumbai Experience &#8211;
