Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Polymer Compounding (Wire & Cable) segment.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PVC, XLPE Compounds, Masterbatches, Wire & Cable PVC Compounds, and a deep understanding of industry trends and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
Evaluate market trends and customer needs to establish new partnerships, develop strong relationships, and recommend suitable product solutions. - Industry & Product Expertise
Demonstrate strong knowledge of PVC, XLPE compounds, masterbatches, and wire & cable PVC compounds. Use this expertise to provide insightful guidance to prospective clients. - Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term client relationships by offering timely support, product knowledge, and market guidance. - Market & Competitor Analysis
Continuously monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine the company’s unique selling propositions and stay competitive. - Product & Market Development
Identify opportunities for product improvements or new product ideas based on customer feedback and market insights. - Sales Growth & Revenue Generation
Manage and grow the sales pipeline, maximize market share, and achieve business objectives by executing effective sales strategies. - Travel Requirements
Be willing to travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate. Technical qualifications will be an added advantage. - Experience:
