General Office Administration & Facility Management
1. Ensure overall compliance and upkeep of admin and facility equipment & services for HO, plant & all regional sales offices.
2. Supervise facility services in line with service level agreement, standards and budgets.
3. Ensuring effective cost reduction measures and budget for facility operation.
4. Ensuring seating allocations, timely repairs and maintenance and preventive schedules.
5. Administrate and verify voice & data, travel and Conveyance entitlement as per policy.
Vendor Management
1. Identifying and managing activity and timely procurement and execution of services and products at the best price.
2. Liaison with local statutory authority’s (Legal bodies, local bodies for licenses & permit i.e. MCD).
Organizing travel, hotel accommodation, tickets.
1. Ensuring smooth business process operations and excellent relations with value addition approach with internal customers.
2. Vendor selection, negotiation and facilitate execution of contracts and agreements.
3. Proactive vendors and service provider’s bench strength identification.
4. Trend analysis, forecasting, scrutinizing and clearance of bills on time.
