Salary- 7 lacs to 9 lacs
Qualification : Candidates with Diploma OR Degree in Electricals are eligible to apply for this position. Candidates having any other qualifications will not be entertained.

Job Descriptions
Provides administrative support and supervise whole facility to ensure efficient operation of office.
Primary responsibility : Evaluating systems, safety, reliability, and performance of electrical equipments/devices and ensure that all systems are functioning properly and it comply with the necessary safety standards.
Facility Management : Building maintenance, cleanliness. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for employees while proactively addressing maintenance issues as they arise. Maintaining cleanliness in washrooms, garden, canteen area. Maintenance of building elevator, electrical equipments, Air conditions etc.
Vendor Management : Work with contractors and vendors for routine maintenance and repairs.
Security : Collaborate with a security team to ensure the safety of the building. Ensure guards are on alert and following protocols. Ensure security technology such as surveillance cameras are in place.
Maintenance Records : Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and cleaning schedules. To ensure checklists & logs to be updated & maintained as per the prescribed frequency in the maintenance procedure.
Liasoning : Liasoning with government officials for the renewal of various licenses and with any other bodies/institute/individuals. Maintain a record and keeping a track of renewal dates of all licenses and permits held by the organization.
AMC : Maintaining AMCs of all equipments.
Attendance : Manage attendance system and share inputs on monthly basis to payroll.
MIS : Update MIS of all day to day major activities/updates and share with Manager.
