Business Development Manager – Paints & Coating Raw Materials (Delhi/NCR)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Paints & Coating Raw Materials to join our team in Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate must have hands-on B2B marketing experience, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to manage key accounts in the coatings, inks, and chemical industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by promoting Paints & Coatings Raw Materials across the Northern Indian region.
- Manage and grow key accounts by understanding customer needs, building strong relationships, and offering the right technical solutions.
- Promote a wide range of raw materials including:
Polyurethane Polyols, PU Resins, Acrylic Resins, Polyester Resins, Modified Epoxy Resins, Alkyd Resins, Melamine & UF Resins, Epoxy Hardeners, Organic & Inorganic Pigments, and more. - Conduct regular customer visits to introduce new products, drive sales, and expand market share.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate communication through emails, Excel, CRM tools, and standard office software.
- Work closely with internal teams for pricing, product positioning, and customer support.
- Represent the company professionally while travelling for business meetings across the region.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–7 years in marketing/ sales of Paints & Coating Raw Materials.
- Strong technical understanding of pigments, resins, and coating chemicals.
- Proven background in B2B sales, especially in Paints, Inks, and Coatings industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Email, Excel, Word Processors, and general computer applications.
🔹 Compensation
- Salary: ₹5–8 Lakhs (based on experience)
