Salary- 30-60K
Responsibilities and Duties:-
· Development of New Master Batches shades as per customer samples.
· Online testing of materials and corrections if necessary
· Testing of incoming pigments and new pigments
· Testing of filler and black master batches manufactured
· Making Decision and solving problems—Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve the problems
· Inspecting Equipment Quality- Inspecting Equipment, Materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
· Complaint Handling:
· Conducting trials to observe and verify the problem at customer end.
· Finding out the route cause at our end. Implementation of new methods to reduce the repeatability of the complaint.
Key Skills
· Engineering Plastic Masterbatch color matching & in depth Knowledge of Pigment, Additive for engineering Plastic will be huge advantage .
- Thorough knowledge of colorants, pigments, dyes and color matching.
- Must be computer literate and be able to run a Color Spectrometer
