Job Summary
key responsibilities are to manage, coordinate, and administer day-to-day various services and support activities of the Human Resource functions, including recruiting services, welfare & benefits, staff development, salary & compensation, staff relations & activities, etc within a country. This includes evaluating and maintaining service standards, developing operating policies, systems, and procedures, and ensuring that services are consistent with overallhuman resources objectives, policies and procedures, and best practices.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure the HR policies, process and systems are in compliance of the employment/laws and industry best practices.
- Work with Management team to ensure manpower planning in relation to the organization’s strategic business plan, including staff budget, recruitment, placement, transfer, promotion, etc. is properly prepared.
- Manage all facets of the day-to-day services and operations of human resources i.e recruitment, salary & compensation, welfare & benefits, and staff relations, etc., to meet the organization’s needs.
- Provides in-house communications to ensure that it enhances staff understanding and commitment to the organization and its objectives, plans and programmes.
- Facilitates the performance management system that includes performance evaluation, performance development plans (PDPs), career development plan and succession plan, as well as reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions.
- Balancecorporate,function,geographicandbusinessneeds,duringcollaborationswithHR program/policy/process owners to deliver effective HR programs to the business unit.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for the business through attraction of talents into the organization, best in class talent management and ongoing employee development initiatives. Ensure identified talents are appropriately developed locally, regionally or internationally.
Requirement :
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources Management, or related discipline
- Comfortable working in a setup with multiple stakeholder management
- Strong interpersonal, communications and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and good understanding of business value chains.
- Good team player and collaborate work style.
