Salary- 30 k to 40 k per month
1. Properly setting up and preparing the thermoforming machine for production, which involves loading the appropriate materials, molds, and tooling.
2. Operating the thermoforming machine to create products according to the specified design and quality standards.
3. Monitoring the machine’s performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
4. Inspecting formed products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This includes checking for defects, dimensions, and visual appearance.
5. Identifying and addressing any issues or inconsistencies in the production process that may affect product quality.
6. Cleaning and maintaining molds and tooling to ensure they are in good condition and free from debris or damage.
7. Keeping production records, such as the number of products produced, machine settings, and quality control data.
8. Identifying and resolving minor machine issues and notifying maintenance or engineering teams when major problems arise.
9. Suggesting and implementing process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
