Hiring for Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager- Payroll & Compliance- HR & Admin
Location: Vasai, Mumbai
CTC: upto 10 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Payroll Processing:
Ø Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ø Calculate and process monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly payroll, including salary, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
2) MIS Reporting:
Ø Develop and maintain a comprehensive MIS dashboard to track HR metrics, including employee headcount, turnover, attendance, and other relevant KPIs.
Ø Generate periodic MIS reports for HR Head and other stakeholders, providing insights into workforce trends, cost analysis, and HR performance indicators.
3) Compliance and Documentation:
Ø Stay updated on labour laws and regulations, ensuring payroll compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions, and other legal requirements.
Ø Handling Income Tax Documentation & queries
Ø Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools.
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
