Location- Mumbai
Company- leading traders & suppliers of a qualitative range of commodity plastic raw material. We are involved in Import, Stock and trade of commodity polymers.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing comprehensive information about products or services.
Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings, to understand and resolve their needs and concerns.
Order Processing:
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, ensuring prompt delivery to clients.
Collaborate with logistics, production, and finance departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
Sales Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales representatives, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that complement sales strategies.
Project Coordination:
Assist in coordinating various sales projects and initiatives, such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales events.
Logistics and Dispatch:
Oversee logistical aspects of sales operations, including inventory management, shipping, and delivery coordination.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products to clients, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, update customer profiles, and track sales activities with precision.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational abilities and adeptness at multitasking, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
