Job description
- Prepare manpower plan by consolidating manpower requirement of each Project and HO Department
- Support TL – Compensation and Benefits in preparation of annual operating budget
- Ensure Manpower Requisition is approved by competent authorities as per SOP & Policy
- Timely & qualitative review and closure of Manpower requisition as per SLA
- To hire and retain quality candidates with the right fitment to meet organizational requirements, both on time and within a defined budget.
- Release Offer / Appointment Letter after due diligence
- Audits the candidate’s CV database
- Reviews & updates the list of identified colleges/universities based on specialized degrees offered, average salary and any other unique requirement
- Contacts pre-selected campuses/career forums to brand the organization in a standardized manner
- Conducts interview as per recruitment policy and selects candidates
- Ensure accommodationn/travell arrangements for new joinee as per employment term
- Oversees and ensures smooth onboarding of new joiners & completion of the new hires’ documentation
- Reviews and Audits employee data in Personal Physical Files (employee’s personal details, professional details, change in contact details, salary info, designation etc.)
- HRIS: Ensures and audits the completion of HRIS data for all employees and new hires
- Submit statistical MIS reports to CHRO for Project & HO personnel-related data (Staff & Operative) such as hires, transfers, attrition, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates, etc.
- Submit HR Dashboard as per CHRO & Managements Requirement
