Factory Manager (Injection Molding, IBM, EBM)
Location- Baddi and Hyderabad

Product: Personal care, Home care, Pharma, Food and Beverages

Experience – 12-20 yrs
Salary- AS per Industry std

Skill – Having technical skill of Injection & Blow molding process/ handling entire plant operation (Production/Quality/Maint/HR/Logistics & factory Administration)

Responsibilities:
Direct involvement in all Plant activities and responsible for Production/Quality /Warehouse/Maintenance/Planning /Logistics etc.
Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.
Responsible for maximizing factory’s profitability by optimizing manpower and machinery utilization.
Overall Plant Management for Injection Molding and In charge of New plant set up for Pharma packaging products.
Plant Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Warehouse ASRS and Automation maintenance, material Moving equipment maintenance.
Operational Monitoring, Ensuring Quality Product, on time delivery.

Budgetary Control and Monitoring
Compliance management, Performance Management, Change Management.
Executing production and over all plant operations in meeting Production targets within time and cost
Preparing Daily Production planning duly interacting with marketing personnel.

Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve preset production targets.
Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop
guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor (SOP).
Controlling Waste, Specific Power/Fuel consumption, Manpower cost, Store and spare consumptions,

Production efficiency, Targeted quality of produced material, Inventory control, Continuous process improvement etc.
Regulate various costs by keeping stringent check on wastages and usage. Analyze MIS related to consumption and wastages.
Preparation of Monthly & Annual Budgets for material consumption, Store & spares, labor & plant up gradation.
Cost Reduction at various fronts to meet cost targets, developing alternative spares and consumables,

Promote and implement safety policies with thrust on PPE, Fire safety, Mock drills.

Planning & controlling inventory procurement & inventory level.
Handling the entire dispatch (export & local) for ensuring seamless deliveries

Improving Quality / Productivity / Reliability at manufacturing with continual improvement.
-Establishing quality standards (ISO 9000)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,800,000.00 – ₹2,200,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Plastics blow molding: 10 years (Preferred)
• factory manager: 10 years (Preferred)
